Perfect replacement!
Ski locker lid was an exact match to my original, and Cecil Marine provided it extremely quickly. Just a note, the lid comes without any pre-drilled holes for the rug snaps, hinges,strut, or the circular pull handle. However, marking the spots, drillig holes, and cutting with a jigsaw was not a problem!! I'm very happy with replacement from Cecil Marine. They were the only ones on the internet I could find who even advertised this part.
