Don't forget to add:
Replacement hose clamps 3863443 (8 per engine is needed )
Replacement exhaust hose 3852696 (2 per engine is needed )
Replacement exhaust temperature sender 3862500 (2 per engine is needed )

8.1 Manifold torque specs
1. Install the exhaust manifold studs into the cylinder head
2. Tighten the exhaust manifold studs to 20 Nm ( 15 ft. lb )
3. Install NEW exhaust manifold gasket (no sealant)
4. Install the exhaust manifold
5. Install the exhaust manifold nuts and center bolts
Tighten the exhaust manifold center bolt to 35 Nm ( 26 ft lb )
Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts to 16 Nm (12 ft lb )
6. You can use sealant on riser gasket
7. Install riser on to exhaust manifold
8. Make sure gasket is properly placed with lip up
9. Torque riser bolts in a crossing pattern
10. Torque riser bolts to 30 Nm ( 30 ft lb )

8.1 MANIFOLD REPLACEMENT KIT
2 parts to this review. 1st. The supplier (Cecil Marine) great all around. From helping me get the right kit with the 11 inch risers, packaging was excellent and delivery without any delay. 2nd the product. This is a complete kit of top quality parts. The picture shows all the bolts, gaskets and fittings. The manifolds and risers are painted very well and the inside of the castings are coated with a anti-corrosive. Buying a better quality product give me a little piece of mind out there on the water.

I just want to say that Cecil Marine made ordering replacement exhaust components for my Volvo Penta engine an easy task.
