If your not sure of the part number or the printing has worn off take a picture of the back of the gauge and email it to us. We will need to see a good quality image with the wire or harness connections.

2000 Chaparral 280 SSI
I used this gauge to replace the stock dual tachometer gauge on my 280SSI. I had to buy two pigtails to hard wire it into the existing harness, but overall, it was not a bad project.
The back light is red where the original one is light green, but that is no big deal since i will be replacing all of the gauges.
The only complaint I have is that the gauge is slightly smaller in diameter than the original one and doesn't fit tightly in the hole. It is something that only I would notice and i am trying to figure out some kind of spacer to center it in the hole.
It is a nice replacement and the service at Cecil Marine was excellent.
